Some of us are born with a deep hunger for peace and a longing to be an instrument of beauty and harmony in this world. These have been the driving forces in my life for as long as I can remember. Maybe you too?

Seeking the most impactful ways to heal and grow through my own challenges led me on a journey of exploration and implementation over the past 20+ years:

• Studying acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in grad school at Yo San University 2001-2003

• Training and certifying and in multiple approaches to life coaching, somatic healing, and energy psychology facilitation since 2012.*

I have benefited greatly from these practices in my personal life, including overcoming clinical depression and releasing the grip of major traumatic events from my teenage years.

I have also increased my joy and creative flow, and deepened my sense that life—even with its great challenges—is an invitation to create a beautiful story that blesses all.

Coaching others for the past 13 years has been a great source of joy as I watch over and over again the inner spark and a feeling of self-connection come alive in people who feared they had lost it. I am certain it is always there waiting to be reclaimed, tended, and expressed, no matter how heavy, stuck, or confusing life has become.
